Diagnostic Evaluation
A comprehensive assessment that will assist the Clinician in understanding your psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs. This evaluation consists of gathering detailed information about your mental health history, current symptoms, medical background, family history, social circumstances. It may also include standardized psychological tests, questionnaires, and a clinical interview.
Medication Management
During these appointments, the Clinician will monitor the effectiveness of prescribed medications, make adjustments as needed, and address any side effects or concerns the patient may have. This is a collaborative process, that includes feedback from the patient about how they feel on the medication and adjusting dosages or medications to optimize treatment. The goal is to support the patient’s mental health and well-being by ensuring they receive safe, effective, and personalized pharmacological care.
Session & Service Rates
Restorative Health and Wellness, PLLC currently accepts Aetna, Regence BCBS, Cigna, Apple Health, Wellpoint (Amerigroup), and self- pay.
Currently offering telehealth and F2F appointments. Telehealth helps increase access to healthcare for all individuals; especially for the underserved populations and those in rural areas.
Comprehensive Diagnostic Psychiatric Evaluation
This is the initial visit with the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. 60 - 90 minutes
Follow Up Visit
This will be all subsequent medication management visits after your first visit. 30-60 minutes
Talk /Supportative Therapy
50 Minutes.
Lab Testing
Lab testing will be discussed in session and may be recommended depending on your treatment goals. Routine labs may be covered by insurance; however, when not covered, prices vary greatly.
Forms
Forms will be filled out ONLY for established patients. Forms that may be provided, at the Clinician's discretion, 504 letters, FMLA, ESA letters, etc.
Talk/Supportative Therapy
Also known as psychotherapy or counseling, talk therapy is a treatment approach used in mental health practices where individuals engage in verbal communication with a trained mental health professional. The primary goal of talk therapy is to help patients understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, providing them with tools and strategies to cope with various mental health issues.
